Polyimide with FEP Coating
Structure
It is made of polyimide film coated with FEP (F46) resin on one side or double sides through the sintering process at high temperature.
Properties
1£©Excellent heat and electrical properties.
2£©Resistance to radiation and corrosion
3£©Superior dimensional stability
4£©Heat sealable properties .
5£©It perfprms successfully in the wide range of temperature as low as -112F£¨-80C£©and as high as +500F(+260C).
6£©It can be melt and formed as soon as desired at defined temperature.
Applications
1£©Used in high temperature wire manufacturing, when treated in a high temperature, the film will adhere from one side to another and from film to copper
2£©The well sealed conditions enable the wire to be used in severe environment such as high temperature, under water and oil.
3£©Insulation for various H-grade motors, electrical apparatus
4£©Wrapping of cable and magnet wire.
5£©dielectric material for capacitor and a layer of copper clad laminate
